Airbag G Sensor

This detects deceleration of the vehicle. The deceleration of the part where the sensor is mounted is digitally converted and transmitted to the airbag ECU using an exclusive communication technique.

Airbag ECU

This activates the airbag when the motorcycle is involved in a frontal collision. Mathematical operations are performed on signals from multiple airbag G sensors to determine the necessity of releasing the airbag when a vehicle collision is detected.
