Fuel Pipe Assembly

This injects the fuel fed from the fuel pump in the optimal quantity corresponding to driving conditions into the intake manifold according to instructions from the electronic control unit.
With the strengthening of emission standards in many countries, it has become a core component of optimal control of air-fuel ratio, and we provide inexpensive precision products using high-precision processing and assembly technology developed for carburetors. We have come up with the spray configuration optimal for the engine using simulation technology, real-world vehicle testing, and advanced measuring technology, contributing to clean emissions performance and fuel economy.


Intake Manifold

This is the branched pipe for introducing intake air into the engine.
This was conventionally made from metals such as aluminum, but by using plastics or magnesium as the material, a significant weight reduction has been achieved. In order to improve engine output from low speed to high speed and optimize fuel economy, a function for changing intake pipe length and chamber volume in response to driving conditions is introduced. In addition, intake resistance is low and is designed to be evenly distributed on each cylinder.


Throttle Body

This is a throttle valve that controls the volume of intake air for adjusting to an engine speed and load suited to the vehicle driving conditions according to the driver's will (accelerator opening), and feeds it to the intake manifold.
Conventionally, the throttle valve has been mechanically linked to the accelerator, but by using electronic control, it has enabled optimized engine output during operation, achieving improved fuel economy and heightened safety.


Spool Valve

The spool valve switches the variable valve timing and lift electronic control (VTEC) mechanism by switching oil passages in the rocker arm in the engine according to commands from the ECU. The consumption flow rate is reduced by using a three-way valve solenoid, delivering a stable response even when hydraulic pressure is low. Utilizing our experience with inexpensive two-way valve solenoid type designs and die-cast technology, and with processing technology, we have provided a product that meet the needs of our customers for sophistication and miniaturization.


EGR Valve

Returning an appropriate amount of the exhaust gases leaving the engine to the intake by means of the EGR valve in response to vehicle driving conditions lowers combustion temperatures and reduces NOx. In addition, supplying uninflammable gas in proportion to the cylinder capacity reduces engine pumping loss due to the throttle valve and improves fuel efficiency.
Employing a linear solenoid drive system has delivered a wide range and high response. 


Active Control Engine Mount Solenoid (for VCM)

An active control engine mount (ACM) that cancels out vibrations caused by cylinder deactivation accompanying treatment to reduce exhaust emissions and improve fuel efficiency with vibrations in opposite phase, and minimizes the transmission of vibrations to the motorcycle body. The actuator component of that ACM keeps to a minimum vibrations transmitted to the vehicle body when going from stationary to moving in accordance with signals from a dedicated ECU.
We have done away with the bobbin maintaining the coil diameter with an unfused coil wire, and delivered high response and high thrust through the solid cast design of the coupler.
